Melissa Royds

Melissa Royds has over a decade of experience in customer care and management roles, currently serving as a Campaign Manager and Workforce Manager at FM Outsource since September 2016. Prior to this, Melissa held various positions including Customer Care Supervisor and Customer Care Advisor within the same organization. From November 2011 to September 2016, Melissa worked as a Nursery Practitioner at Sunflower Nurseries LTD. Educational background includes attendance at Falinge Park High School.
