Milcah Audrey Banda

Milcah Audrey Banda is an experienced professional in property and premises management, currently serving as the Premises and Security Manager at First Capital Bank in Malawi since January 2022. Prior to this role, Milcah held the position of Property Manager at MHC-Henan Guoji Development Company Limited from August 2020 to December 2021 and worked as a Property Management Associate at Bwaila Properties from June 2019 to July 2020. Milcah began a career in this field as a Graduate Student Intern at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development from November 2018 to May 2019. Milcah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Economy from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, which was completed between 2011 and 2016.
