Ben Evans is an experienced professional in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Business Development for FMC Auto Innovation at FMC Global Talent since February 2014. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a Consultant and New Business Consultant at Oryx Executive Search from January 2012 to February 2014, specializing in high-caliber talent recruitment for various sectors. Ben's earlier career includes positions as an Account Manager at FMC Ltd from March 2007 to January 2012, where responsibilities included management consultancy and high-level search services, along with experience as an Associate Researcher and Recruitment Consultant at Hays from February 2005 to February 2007. Ben holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England, earned between 2001 and 2005.
