Jillian Piccuito

Jillian Piccuito, PHR, has a solid background in human resources with a focus on leadership, management, and supervision. Jillian most recently served as the Vice President of HR and Community Engagement at FMC Ice Sports, responsible for overall quality of personnel and the efficiency of staffing. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at FMC Ice Sports, where they provided leadership in personnel recruitment, training, performance review, and internal communications. Before joining FMC Ice Sports, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the Boys & Girls Club of Brockton, where they provided consultative services on HR issues, procedures, and policies. Jillian also worked as a Human Resources Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester, overseeing the organization's youth development programs. Jillian has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Coler & Colantonio, Inc., where they managed HR operations and served as a point of contact for various HR topics. Jillian started their HR career as an Office Supervisor at Adecco.

Jillian Piccuito, PHR has a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Adelphi University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Jillian has also obtained several certifications. Jillian became a Certified Employee Engagement Specialist through The Employee Engagement Group in April 2016. In June 2012, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
