Lauren Gendzier

Lauren Gendzier is a skilled professional with extensive experience in operations and skating instruction. At P/E Investments since April 2013, Lauren is involved in intra-day operations, analyzing trade data for accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and developing internal processes. Concurrently, as a Learn to Skate and Private Lesson Instructor at FMC Ice Sports, Lauren inspires and evaluates beginner skaters while maintaining communication with parents and coaches. Lauren has held leadership roles in synchronized skating, including Line Manager for Team Excel Synchronized Skating, directing administrative logistics for multiple teams. With a Master's degree in Management from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Sociology from Brandeis University, Lauren demonstrates a commitment to excellence and effective communication in all endeavors.
