Aaron Venables has been working in the Food Stabilizer industry since 1992, starting their career at FMC and later moving to DuPont Nutrition & Health in 2018 as a Principal Scientist. With a Food Science degree from the University of Delaware, Aaron has extensive experience in hydrocolloid technology, particularly in carrageenan and microcrystalline cellulose product development and food application, with a focus on Dairy/Beverages. Before joining DuPont, Aaron held the position of Senior Research Scientist at both DuPont and FMC.
