Chandrakant Malwade is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in both academia and industry. As a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Southern Denmark, Chandrakant focused on developing natural food color from microalgae and extracting anthocyanins from Aronia berries, utilizing advanced analytical techniques such as HPLC and LC-MS. Previous experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at AD Pharma Pvt. Ltd. and Ariane Orgachem Pvt. Ltd., where process optimization and compliance within GMP environments were key responsibilities.
