Joanne Zahner

Joanne Zahner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Total Rewards at FMC Corporation since January 2022, Joanne previously held the Associate Director position for Total Rewards in North America and EMEA at the same company. Prior to FMC Corporation, Joanne spent nearly five years at Vanguard, progressing from Senior Manager to Senior Compensation Consultant in the Total Rewards department. Earlier career experiences at FMC Corporation include the role of North America Compensation Manager and BioPolymer HR Business Partner, where Joanne was responsible for developing compensation programs and facilitating HR processes. Joanne's foundational experience began at DSM / Martek Biosciences Corporation as an HR Business Partner. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
