Banke Oyewolu

Banke Oyewolu is an experienced professional in capital market regulation and compliance, currently serving at FMDQ Group since July 2021, where responsibilities include membership application processing, member management, database management, and customer relations. Previously, Banke worked as a Legal Associate at Headwaters Legal Advisory from February 2018 to June 2021, specializing in litigation and corporate law, along with drafting legal agreements and providing legal advisory services. Early career experiences include roles at DCSL Corporate Services Ltd, where Banke completed internships focusing on corporate governance and secretarial practice, as well as positions in legal research and practice during a National Youth Service Corps placement. Banke holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds and a BL from the Nigerian Law School.
