Mofeyifoluwa Adepitan (ACIPM) has a diverse work experience. They started their career in 2015 as a Business Analyst at FirstRoyal Business Consulting Limited. In 2016, they worked as a Business Analyst at ATB Techsoft Solutions Limited and later transitioned to become a Learning and Development Specialist at The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria - CIBN. In 2019, they worked as an E-learning Consultant at Digital Jewels Limited and then joined Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo) as a Learning and Development Business Partner/E-learning Manager. Currently, Mofeyifoluwa is working at FMDQ Group as the AVP & Group Head, Academy, starting from March 2023.
Mofeyifoluwa Adepitan (ACIPM) completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Obafemi Awolowo University, where they studied from 2007 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications and additional qualifications. In November 2018, they became an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) through the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM. They also completed certifications such as Data-Driven Learning Design and Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID through LinkedIn in October 2021. Furthermore, in October 2018, they completed an Instructional Design and E-Learning certification from Phillips Consulting Limited, and in January 2018, they obtained an IBM Blockchain Essentials certification from IBM.
