William Gieser, P.E. is a seasoned Geotechnical Engineering Associate and Project Engineer at F&ME Consultants Inc. since September 2009, specializing in cross sonic logging, PDA testing, foundation integrity analysis, and embankment slope stability assessments. William has authored comprehensive geotechnical reports for SCDOT projects and implemented construction vibration monitoring plans. Additionally, William serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina for the course ECIV 470 since January 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Civil Engineering Intern and Soil Lab Technician at S&ME, Inc. William holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
