Ioana Bandre

Ioana Bandre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, project management, and technical operations. Currently serving as Managing Consultant at fme Romania since July 2021, Ioana leads the Customer Support team specializing in Enterprise Content Management solutions and oversees document and data migration projects. Prior roles include Engineering Project Manager and Product Manager at LAITEK, Inc., where planning and executing engineering product development projects and managing technical issues in data migration were key responsibilities. Ioana's career also encompasses positions such as Technical Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Migration Consultant, with a strong foundation in fundamental research as an Early Stage Researcher in polymer physics. Ioana holds a master's degree in Biophysics and Medical Physics and a bachelor's degree in Physics from Babes-Bolyai University.
