Claudine Rogers currently serves as the Head of National Advice & Service Centre at FMG since April 2023. Prior to this role, Claudine held various leadership positions at 2degrees Mobile from August 2014, including Head of Customer Care - Consumer and Head of Customer Care - Auckland. Claudine's experience also includes roles at Tower Insurance as Head of Sales and Retention as well as Head of Customer Experience from July 2011 to July 2014, and at AMI Insurance Company as National Manager - Contact Centres from August 2005 to July 2011. Claudine earned a Master's Degree in Environmental Chemistry from The University of Waikato, completing studies from 1991 to 1998.
