Donna Murray

Donna Murray is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in claims management and dispute resolution. Currently serving at FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) since February 2018, Donna has taken on multiple leadership roles, including Team Lead. Previously, Donna worked at FairWay Resolution Limited as a Resolution Coordinator and at Southern Response in various management capacities, including Disputes Manager and Assistant Manager of the Disputes Team. Key responsibilities have included team management, strategic development, stakeholder relationship building, and claims management decision-making. Donna's foundational experience began at AMI as a Customer Service Representative, where skills in claims processing and underwriting were developed. Education includes an ANZIIF Certificate in General Insurance and studies at Ara Institute of Canterbury.
