Glenn Croasdale has extensive work experience in marketing and customer service roles. Glenn began their career at CablePrice (NZ) Ltd in 2002, where they held various positions including Marketing Assistant, Advertising Manager, and National Marketing & Brand Manager. In 2011, they joined FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for brand marketing and communications. Throughout their time at FMG, Glenn took on several roles including Head of Marketing Communications & Digital, Digital Product Owner, General Manager Marketing & Online Services, and General Manager Client Propositions & Online Services. Glenn also served as the Interim Chief Client Officer and currently holds the position of Chief Customer Officer. Glenn's experience includes strategy development, financial management, brand management, and interactive marketing.

Glenn Croasdale earned a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Victoria University of Wellington, from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they obtained a verified certificate in Behavioural Economics in Action from edX in 2020.
