Ilia Angelique Va'Aelua-Sio

Ilia Angelique Va'aelua-Sio has extensive experience at FMG (Farmers Mutual Group), serving in various leadership roles since August 2017, including Team Leader for Claims Advisers and Claims Lodgement, as well as a Learning and Development Specialist on secondment for the Insurance Professionals Framework project, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of insurance professionals across the organization. Prior to this, from October 2014 to August 2016, Ilia held positions such as Senior Claims Lodgement Consultant and Training Consultant, focusing on facilitating Claims BCP Training for the BST Team. Currently pursuing a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) in General Insurance at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand, with an expected completion date of July 2024.
