Kelly Stuart

Kelly Stuart has an extensive background in claims management and organizational development, currently serving as Claims Capability Manager at Farmers Mutual Group since July 2017. Previous roles at FMG include Claims Lodgement and Best Practice Manager, Claims Best Practice Manager, and Learning and Capability Consultant. Prior to FMG, Kelly worked at NZ Transport Agency from August 2009 to July 2017, holding positions such as HR Business Partner, Organisational Development Consultant, and Training Manager. Kelly's career began at EziBuy, where roles included Trainer/Senior Trainer, Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative. Kelly is currently pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Adult Education and Training at Southern Institute of Technology.
