Robert J. Hoshowsky

Robert J. Hoshowsky is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, publishing, and journalism. Since October 2021, Hoshowsky has served as an Instructor at Seneca College, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive online criminology course. In addition, Hoshowsky has been a Contributing Editor for Focus Media Group since April 2010, contributing features and profiles to widely distributed magazines. As a True Crime Author, Hoshowsky has published two notable books, including "The Last to Die," focusing on capital punishment in Canada. Prior experience includes a role as a Researcher-Reporter at Maclean's from 2000 to 2005, where Hoshowsky supported editorial teams and mentored interns. Hoshowsky holds a journalism degree from Ryerson University, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
