Marina Starcic is a seasoned professional in product development, currently serving as a Senior Product Development Chemist at FMI since May 2015. Marina has a strong background in formulating cosmetic products, including the creation of an innovative face mask informed by current market trends. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Development Manager and Formulator to modify formulations based on customer feedback, preparing samples for evaluations and stability testing, and updating material and formula data through SyteLine software. Additionally, Marina has fostered relationships with chemical suppliers through active participation in Supplier's Day and related meetings. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Marshalls from September 2011 to January 2015. Marina holds a degree from Lehigh University, completed in 2016.
