FMI Aerostructures (Forrest Machining)
Bob Helfrich is currently working as a Mechanical Inspector & Metrology at FMI Aerostructures. Prior to this, Bob has held various roles in metrology and engineering at companies such as The Spaceship Company, Virgin Galactic, Sage Cheshire Inc, Emory Motorsports, and Scaled Composites. Bob's experience includes using FARO ScanArm for digitization, creating deviation reports, writing technical manuals, and performing quality assurance functions. Additionally, Bob is skilled in composite fabrication, including wet and pre-preg lay-ups.
