Dirk Falkena is a System Designer and Lead Software Engineer at FMI ImProvia, focusing on designing and building customized machines for automated assembly, handling, inspection, and processing of various products. Prior to this, Dirk worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Autonational BV and a Senior Software Engineer at Irmato Industrial Solutions Drachten, where he executed projects for industries such as Philips, automotive, and aviation. Furthermore, Dirk has experience as an Operational Manager at Crown packaging and plastics Ethiopia and has worked on various projects in the industrial automation sector at companies like BrainCenter, Beenen, and GTI industriële automatisering. Dirk holds a degree in Electrical Engineering with specializations in Industrial Automation from NHL Hogeschool.
