Anisa Xhitoni

Anisa Xhitoni is an experienced Environmental and Social Officer at FMO - Dutch Development Bank, specializing in Private Equity since February 2014. Previously, Anisa served as an Environmental and Social Analyst in Private Equity and in the Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Services sectors. Anisa was a member of the Albanian Board of Aarhus Convention, supporting the Albanian Government in implementing the Aarhus Convention from May 2010 to July 2011. Additionally, Anisa worked as a Public Information and Participation Program Officer at EDEN Center, monitoring development banks in Albania regarding energy and infrastructural projects with significant environmental and social impacts. Anisa holds an MSc in Energy and Environmental Sciences from the University of Groningen and a degree from the University of Tirana.
