Julia Woods

Julia Woods is a skilled Human Capital Consultant at FMP Consulting, having joined in June 2023. Prior to this, Julia served as an Associate Research Fellow at the Consortium of Universities of the Washington Metropolitan Area from October 2021 to June 2023.
