Risa Witherow

Risa Witherow is a Human Capital Consultant II at FMP Consulting, where employment began in May 2021. Prior to this role, Risa served as a Project Assistant/Associate at COHRE from October 2019 to May 2021, contributing to the development of certification tests for various water treatment positions in Tennessee and leading job analysis for wastewater treatment roles. Risa also gained experience as a Communications Intern for Bredesen for U.S. Senate during the summer of 2018. Risa holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, completed between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from the same institution, obtained in 2018.
