Tyler McPherson

Tyler McPherson, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience. Tyler currently holds the positions of Vice President of Human Resources and Communications Director at FMS Bank since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Colorado Early Education Network from May 2017 to September 2020. Before joining Colorado Early Education Network, they were a Human Resources Specialist at North Range Behavioral Health from September 2016 to May 2017.

Tyler also has experience in the staffing industry, having worked as a Division Manager at ROLINC Staffing - Northern Colorado from February 2016 to September 2016, and as a Recruiter from June 2015 to February 2016. Tyler'searly career includes an internship as a Marketing Coordinator at Allstate from April 2013 to May 2015.

Tyler McPherson, SHRM-CP completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Colorado between the years 2011 and 2015. In May 2019, Tyler obtained the certification of SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
