Dewaldt van Wyk

Dewaldt van Wyk has extensive work experience in software development and management roles. Dewaldt currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at FM:Systems since January 2023. Previously, they worked as a Java Software Developer at Unifi Group from March 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Java Software Developer at Infocare Healthcare from September 2018 to March 2021. Dewaldt also served as a Development Team Leader at PathCare from May 2011 to August 2018. Dewaldt worked as a Senior PHP Developer at PERONii Solutions from May 2010 to April 2011. Earlier in their career, Dewaldt held the position of Executive Consultant at Dido Software from January 2003 to April 2011 and was a PHP Developer at Unicomms from February 2009 to April 2010.

Dewaldt van Wyk pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2001, they attended CTU and earned a Diploma in Visual Basic 6 Programming. From 2002 to 2004, they furthered their studies at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on English and Psychology. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and completed an Honours degree in English Literature.
