Jessica Cellitti, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2023. Jessica started their career as an Instructional Designer, Learning Developer, and Classroom Teacher at Cresskill Public Schools, where they designed and implemented integrative STEM courses for 300 learners. Jessica also facilitated professional development sessions for 100 learners and ensured accessibility of learning materials for 30 learners.

From 2015 to 2019, Jessica worked as a Learning Scientist, Researcher, and Instructor at Drexel University. Here, they investigated behaviors related to design failure experiences and authored a 300-page dissertation on practices that support a failure-accepting environment. Jessica facilitated learning for over 1,000 participants on various topics and composed 10 research reports for federal and private research grants.

During the same period, they also held the position of Instructional Designer, Curriculum Developer, and eLearning Developer at DragonsTeach. Here, Jessica created training blueprints for the Learning Management System (LMS), digitized presentation decks for online learning, and designed eLearning and hybrid learning modules using advanced Microsoft Suite skills.

From 2019 to 2022, Jessica served as the Director of Technology, Instructional Designer, and eLearning Developer at Voyagers' Community School. Jessica directed a team of 20 employees to implement and evaluate IT infrastructure, raising online engagement by 250%. Jessica also developed a modernized training framework and designed eLearning templates for the Learning Management System.

Currently, Jessica is working as a Training Content Developer at FM:Systems where they started in 2023.

Jessica Cellitti, PhD has an extensive education background. Jessica obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Elementary & Special Education from Providence College in 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Earth Science from Western Governors University in 2012-2013. In 2013-2014, they attended Adams State University and completed a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

However, their academic pursuits did not stop there. From 2015 to 2019, Jessica attended Drexel University and earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Instructional Technologies, specializing in the field of study related to instructional technologies.

In pursuit of continuous professional development, Jessica pursued additional certifications. In March 2023, they completed the IDOL courses Academy™ Learning Designer Credential. Additionally, they obtained other certifications, including "Introduction to Genially" from Genially and "Storyline® for IDOLs®: Articulate Storyline® Skilled" from IDOL courses, both obtained in February 2023.

Furthermore, Jessica has obtained various teaching credentials from the NJ Department of Education. These include certifications as an Elementary School Teacher in Grades K-5, an Elementary School Teacher with Mathematics Specialization in Grades 5-8, an Elementary School Teacher with Subject Matter Specialization in Science in Grades 5-8, Teacher Of Earth Science, and Teacher of the Handicapped. The specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
