Lina Sylvén

Lina Sylvén is currently a Recruiter at FMV - Försvarets materielverk since September 2023, where the focus is on procuring, developing, and delivering materials and services to the Swedish defense. Previously, Lina served as Competence Lead for Diversity and Inclusion and Talent Acquisition Manager at Ants Tech Recruiters from January 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included project management and client engagement. Earlier roles at MSB involved working as an administrator, updating regulatory guides, and creating educational materials. Lina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Uppsala University and has also pursued studies at several other institutions, including The University of British Columbia.
