Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy team at FMV plays a critical role in ensuring the effective procurement, development, and delivery of equipment and services to the Swedish Armed Forces. This team is responsible for overseeing strategic planning, managing site operations, coordinating system management, conducting internal audits, and managing IT infrastructure. They collaborate with international partners, oversee research and development, and ensure that all projects align with FMV's mission to support Swedish defense needs in varying states of peace, crisis, and war.
