Courtney Timm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and management. Currently serving as the Customer Success Manager at Grouptrail since August 2021, Courtney oversees operations, product strategy, and customer engagement for a visual goal tracking software used by various prominent organizations, including the New York City Department of Education and Disney. Previously, Courtney held key roles at Saxton Speakers Bureau as VP of Talent & Partner Relations and Senior Consultant, and founded Beth's Walk for Melanoma to promote awareness and education about the disease. Additional experience includes co-founding Delyea Navone, managing marketing at FMYI, and working in customer support and account management. Courtney holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from the University of Oregon and a Master's Degree in International Management from Portland State University.
