Jean-Louis Dam

Jean-Louis DAM is an experienced executive with a strong background in industrial management and engineering. Currently serving as a Board Member at Miroku Corp. and President of Browning Viana, S.A., as well as holding the position of Industrial Director at FN Browning Group since February 2020, Jean-Louis also owns Develop, Ameliorate and Manage srl, focusing on industrial organization processes. Previously, Jean-Louis was the President/Managing Director of JTEKT HPI and the CEO of JTEKT TORSEN EUROPE, leading significant operations in hydraulic components and limited slip differentials for European customers. Earlier roles include management positions at Magna Exteriors and Magna Interiors, Husky Injection Molding Systems, and Sirris. Jean-Louis holds a Master’s degree in Electro-mechanical engineering from the University of Liège and studied at Hasselt University.
