Charles Prevost

Charles Prevost has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Head of M&A at Fnac Darty since 2018. Prior to this role, Charles was an M&A Project Manager at Groupe Casino from 2015 to 2018 and worked as an M&A Associate at Rothschild from 2011 to 2015. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Consulting Intern at The Boston Consulting Group and a Corporate Law Intern at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Charles began a career in M&A as an intern at Rothschild in 2009. Academically, Charles holds a Master in Management with a focus on International Finance from HEC Paris and has participated in exchange programs at the University of St.Gallen and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where a Maîtrise in Business Law was also earned.
