Emma Graham

Emma Graham is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Fnality International since October 2022. Previously, Emma held the position of Legal Counsel at Ant Group from February 2021 to October 2022, leading legal support for an FCA authorized EMI and the Alipay+ payment system. Emma's extensive experience at Linklaters spans from September 2013 to January 2021, where roles included Managing Associate and Associate in Payments/Fintech and Derivatives & Structured Products. Emma completed legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at Linklaters and gained additional experience as a Secondee within Ant Group's EMEA Legal Team.
