Kofi Osei-Gyasi

Kofi Osei-Gyasi is an experienced Risk and Compliance professional with a robust background in operational and enterprise risk management. Currently serving as Risk & Compliance Manager at Fnality International since November 2022, Kofi previously worked as Manager of Operational Risk at Kuda for a brief period in 2022. A significant tenure at Republic Bank Ghana spanned from January 2014 to August 2022, where roles included Manager of Enterprise Risk Management, Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, and Economic/Business Analyst. Kofi's early career included a position as Associate in Financial Advisory & Risk Consulting at KPMG Ghana from October 2008 to December 2013. Kofi holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Political Science from the University of Ghana, along with a Certificate in Operational Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management.
