Carla Pretorius

Carla Pretorius serves as the Lead Information Architect for the Transact, Lifestyle and Connect Pillar at FNB South Africa since February 2018, following a role as Data Architect focusing on the Dara Platform for Data and Analytics. Prior to FNB, Carla held positions including Senior Data Analyst and Solutions Architect at DeARX Services (Pty) Ltd, and Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at BIQueue, where responsibilities included data architecture, data analysis, AML, and ETL design and development. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at BiA, a Developer position at Redscreen, and a Graduate in Training position at Columbus Stainless. Carla completed a B.Sc Hons in Mathematical Sciences and Computer Science from the University of Johannesburg between 1995 and 2001.
