Chad Engel

Chad Engel currently serves as a Systems and Support Analyst and Information Security Administrator at FNB South Africa since April 2019, having also held roles as a Quality and Process Analyst and Customer Service Representative with the eBucks Rewards team. Prior to this, Chad Engel worked at Sigma SA (Pty) Ltd from June 2012 to December 2018, starting as a Call Center Representative and advancing to positions including Team Leader and Dialler Administrator, ultimately assisting in managing collections teams. Educational qualifications include a Higher Certificate in IT Systems Development (Data Science) from CTU Training Solutions and an NQF Level 4 certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Cape Town.
