Lance Rhode is an experienced Product Manager with a focus on core banking and product development across multiple organizations, including FNB South Africa and Absa Group. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Premier Core Banking (Rest of Africa) at FNB since January 2019, Lance develops product strategies that align with business goals, manages budgets and targets, and oversees stakeholder relationships to drive product innovation and sustainability. Previous roles at Absa Group included managing insurance products and supporting underwriting and claims processes, where Lance implemented efficiency improvements and profitability analyses.
