Michelle Potgieter

Michelle Potgieter is an experienced professional in Business Intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Business Intelligence at FNB South Africa since January 2014. Michelle leads a diverse team to deliver data solutions for the FNB Commercial National Sales and Service Business Unit, coordinating efforts across various channels and specialized sales teams. Previous roles include Data Analyst and BI Process Engineer at FNB, along with positions at BITanium and Knowledge Integration Dynamics, where Michelle focused on data analysis, system design, and reporting. Michelle's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Optometry from the University of Johannesburg and a Certificate in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute, complemented by additional qualifications in logistics and ocular diagnosis.
