Shamira Sattar

Shamira Sattar has extensive experience in financial operations and risk management, having served as Chief Operating Officer for FNB Commercial Capital and Pricing and as Head of Operations for FNB Business and Operations from September 2015 to June 2021, where Shamira oversaw a staff of 240 across ten locations, managed costs, and implemented performance measurement systems. Prior roles include Head of Risk for FNB Business Projects and Operations, focusing on governance frameworks, risk management, and project delivery. Shamira began a career as a trainee accountant at PKF Durban and holds an Honours Bcom in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, along with a Chartered Accountant designation from SAICACA (SA).
