Kabanda Lilanda has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Kabanda most recently worked as the Commercial & Business Banking Director at FNB Zambia, where they were responsible for strategic management and identifying business growth opportunities. Prior to that, they held various roles at Barclays Africa Group Limited, including Chief of Staff and Head of Workplace Banking. Kabanda also served as the Retail Director at FNB Zambia, where they focused on building market share and developing consumer value propositions. Lilanda has a strong background in sales and strategy, with expertise in retail and business banking.

Kabanda Lilanda pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business at Edith Cowan University from 2008 to 2009.
