Polile Nyikosa

Polile Nyikosa has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at FNB Zambia since December 2018. With a diverse background as a Graduate Trainee at FNB Zambia Limited from December 2015, Polile has gained comprehensive knowledge across various business units, including Risk and Compliance, Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking, and more. Additionally, Polile has experience as a Switchboard Operator in the Customer Care Department, addressing customer queries both domestically and internationally. Previous experience includes a Research Intern position with the Provincial Support Team at GIZ/GFA Consulting Group, focusing on water supply and sanitation issues in rural areas. Polile holds a Professional Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Zambia.
