Joe Kroc

Joe Kroc has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Joe started their career in 2002 at Park National Bank, where they worked as a Credit Analyst until 2005. Joe then transitioned to the role of a Commercial Loan Representative from 2005 to 2006, followed by being a Commercial Loan Officer from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they became an Assistant Vice President at Park National Bank, a role they held until 2008.

In 2008, Joe joined Bridgeview Bank Group as an Assistant Vice President, a position they held until 2012. In 2012, they moved to FNBC Bank & Trust and worked as a Vice President until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Joe was a Vice President and Team Leader in the Commercial Banking division at FNBC Bank & Trust. Finally, they transitioned to the role of a Senior Vice President and Department Manager in Commercial Banking at FNBC Bank & Trust, a position they hold to this day.

Joe also has experience outside of the banking industry as they worked as a Treasurer for the City of Berwyn from 2009 to 2017.

Joe Kroc attended J. Sterling Morton West High School from 1994 to 1998. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they earned from 1998 to 2002.
