Amber Sharp

Amber (Woods) Sharp currently serves as the Chief Innovation and Information Officer at FNBC Bank, focusing on creating value for customers, communities, and employees within a mission-driven community banking system recognized as one of the Best Banks to Work for multiple years. As a co-founder of SharpResults since 2003, Amber has contributed to strategy and technology consulting, enhancing professional services worldwide. Prior experience at Tyson Foods, spanning from 1999 to 2020, includes roles as Vice President of IT Enterprise Applications and Advanced Data & Analytics Platforms, where Amber elevated the technology landscape. Other positions at Tyson encompassed leadership in inventory management, business intelligence strategy, product data management, and project management, with early career beginnings in landscape operation and programming. Amber holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Horticulture from the University of Arkansas.
