Mickey Webb

Mickey Webb has extensive work experience in the insurance and financial services industry. They began their career as the Chief Operating Officer for Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting in 1997, where they provided strategic leadership and oversaw various departments. In 2008, they transitioned to Associated Bank as the Director of Strategy for Private Client & Institutional Services/COO for ABRC. In this role, they were responsible for key strategic initiatives and provided leadership in areas such as communication, marketing, HR, and project management. In 2020, they joined USI Insurance Services as the COO for USI (MN &) and later became the Chief Experience Officer for FNIC Trusted insurance advisors in 2022. Throughout their career, Mickey has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Mickey Webb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth between 1989 and 1991.
