Ana M. Mendoza-Soto has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were a Lion Student Ambassador at Texas A&M University-Commerce. In 2012, they were the Director of Talent Management at the UNT SHRM Student Chapter. In 2013, they were a Human Resources Intern at Hunt Regional Healthcare and a Brand Ambassador at Metroplex Management Group. From 2014 to 2015, they worked for CROSSMARK as a Junior Recruiter, for Kemper as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, for Milestone Consultants Inc. as a Project Sales Assistant/Business Developer/BA & PM Recruiter, and for Lion Personnel as a Staffing Recruiter-JQ Staffing. Since 2016, they have been an HR Immigration Specialist at FNR Solutions Inc., where they oversee immigration employment based immigrant visas in IT Services and ensures all paperwork, including applications for immigration and visas are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Ana M. Mendoza-Soto has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce, which they earned between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they studied Office Computer Applications at Paris Junior College from 2007 to 2008.
