Hugo Bernard

Hugo Bernard is currently serving as Chargé d'Affaires publiques et Communication at FNSEA since September 2023. Previously, Hugo held positions such as Assistant in the Cabinet of the President at Auray Quiberon Terre Atlantique and Collaborateur parlementaire at Assemblée nationale, where responsibilities included drafting press releases, managing legislative inquiries, and overseeing regional dossiers. Hugo's leadership experience as President of Parlement des Etudiants Rennes and various parliamentary roles reflect a strong background in public affairs and communication. Hugo has also worked in administrative capacities and participated in organizing events, further developing a skill set in operational management and stakeholder engagement. Hugo is pursuing studies at Sciences Po Rennes and has also gained international experience at the University of Macedonia.
