Jawad Shaikh

Jawad Shaikh is an experienced Senior Software Tester and POD lead at FNZ since December 2022, where leadership of a team of 10 QA professionals is complemented by expertise in Agile-Scrum methodologies, test planning, execution, and defect management. Previously, Jawad served as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Scotiabank, focusing on analyzing requirements and supporting multiple environments. Additional experience includes roles as a Product Specialist at Best Buy and Quality Assurance Engineer at Econote, as well as extensive tenure at Tata Consultancy Services as Test QA lead and Senior Manual Tester. Jawad holds a postgraduate diploma in management with a focus on Information Technology from Welingkar Institute of Management, and both a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
