Noor al-Naseri

Noor Al-Naseri is a seasoned professional in compliance and governance, currently serving as a Fellow at the International Compliance Association and a Member of both the Forbes Technology Council and the New York CTO Club. As the Global Head of Governance at FNZ Group since June 2020, Noor has extensive experience in regulatory matters, demonstrated through a contract role as Compliance Manager at HSBC, where responsibilities included overseeing regulatory registrations and implementing the Individual Accountability Regime. Prior experience includes roles at EY as a Senior Consultant and at Grant Thornton LLP as a Compliance Consultant and Regulatory Analyst, focusing on FSA investigations and compliance frameworks. Noor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from The University of Law.
