Piero D'Agostino

Piero D'Agostino serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at FNZ Group since January 2022 and as Senior Legal Advisor at British Business Bank since May 2017, specializing in investment funds, corporate structuring, and fintech transactions, including peer-to-peer lending platforms. Formerly the Head of Legal at Post Office Limited from November 2011 to March 2017, Piero managed all commercial matters and supervised a team of lawyers while also overseeing HR and pensions. Piero’s earlier roles include Senior Associate positions at Latham & Watkins and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Piero holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin.
