Joan Lindskov

Joan Lindskov serves as Forbundssekretær - Lederansvarlig and Sektornæstformand, pædagogisk og lederansvalig at FOA since November 2016. Prior experience includes leading the children's day care organization in Kolding Kommune from January 1997 to December 2015, focusing on overall management, change leadership, strategic direction, co-creation, and innovation within a decentralized and geographically diverse organization. Joan Lindskov holds a range of educational qualifications, including a Master in Learning Processes with a specialization in Management and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University, a Diploma in Public Management from Danmarks Forvaltningshøjskole, and further studies in psychotherapy, development, change, and innovation from various institutions.
